When running on Oracle IaaS with Bring Your Own License (BYOL) , Oracle GoldenGate supports all the sources and targets supported on-premises, as long as the OS (Operating System), database type and the related versions that are supported by Oracle GoldenGate on-premises.
When running Oracle GoldenGate Cloud Service (GGCS) on Oracle PaaS, the following sources and targets are certified on Oracle Public Cloud:

GGCS can be configured to perform Remote Capture and Delivery for the On-Premises Databases and the following sources and targets are the supported:

Oracle GoldenGate support AWS and Azure as long as the sources and targets are supported by GoldenGate on-premises. This means the OS (Operating System), database type and the related versions that are supported by Oracle GoldenGate on-premises. You can install Oracle GoldenGate on AWS EC2 or MS Azure Compute to perform replications with Bring Your Own License (BYOL).
